Sorry, we cannot guarantee the specific day your order delivered.


HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email together with your courier tracking number. 
You can use the tracking number to track your order from the courier.


HOW DO I CONFIRM RECEIPT OF THE DELIVERY?

All orders will require a signature on delivery.


I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHERE IS IT?

If your estimated delivery timescale has passed and you still haven't received your order, please contact us through findus@trichrome-eyewear.com and we will do our best to track down the parcel for you.


I'VE TRACKED MY ORDER AND IT IS SHOWING AS DELIVEREDBUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please contact us through findus@trichrome-eyewear.com and we will do our best to resolve this issue. Unfortunately we are unable to issue a refund or send a replacement order until the courier has completed their investigation.


I MISSED MY DELIVERY. WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW?

You shall ensure that you are ready for safe receipt of the product without undue delay and at any time reasonably specified by us. If you weren't home when delivery was attempted, the courier should post a card through your door to let you know, if you have not collected it, courier will re-deliver to you. If the courier is unable to deliver to you after several attempts, they will return the item to us, you may lose the right to receive the product, and we may charge you for our reasonable storage fee and other costs reasonably incurred by us, and in which case we will not refund to you.


CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

Sorry but once your order has been dispatched we are unable to change the delivery address. Please verify the address before we send a confirmation of dispatching the order. 


I OPENED MY PACKAGE AND REALIZED THIS ISN’T WHAT I ORDERED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?  

Let us know though return@trichrome-eyewear.com. Please provide a picture and we shall verify with our database, if it is our mistake, we shall dispatch a new frame immediately.


WHAT IS OUR EXCHANGE, RETURN OR REFUND POLICY?

We promise to exchange or refund any items that you are not completely happy with. Please return the item to us in original packaging with tag by post within 28 days of your order. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.  Once we receive your returned parcel, we will check and process the goods to ensure you receive your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.

*Except your product engraving is incorrect due to our error.

In all cases, the returned items must be in their original conditions. No return will be offered if the tag on your item is not in its original settings. We reserve the rights to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements according to our sole discretion. 


WHY HAVEN'T I BEEN REFUNDED THE WHOLE AMOUNT?

Kindly please note that we can only refund the price of the frame. This excludes delivery charge and insurance costs.


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR YOU TO REFUND ME?

Please allow 7 working days from the day the parcel is received for your refund to be processed.

We will email you to let you know once the parcel has been received and your refund is completed.
