CAN I FIND TRICHROME EYEWEAR IN ANY LOCAL STORES?

Unfortunately our eyewear is only available online at this moment.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once your order is within the dispatch process, we are unable to make any changes to it or stop it from being dispatched.

Please email through findus@trichrome-eyewear.com as soon as you can so we can try to help.


CAN I ADD AN ITEM TO MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, once your payment has been processed we are unable to change this. If you require an additional item, you would need to place a new order.


I FORGOT TO USE MY PROMOCODE, CAN I ADD IT NOW?

Sorry, but unfortunately we are unable to amend your order if you forgot to enter your discount / promocode when you placed your order.


WHY HASN'T THE PROMOCODE I USED BEEN APPLIED TO MY ORDER?

This is probably because the promocode has expired and is no longer valid.


I CAN'T CHECKOUT, IS THERE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR WEBSITE?

Payment goes out of your account at the time you place your order. We will not process your order until payment has been received.

The product price and the delivery price shown on our website is in US dollar. You can also select to see them in other currency (AUD, CNY, EUR, GBP, HKD, JPY, USD).

HOW CAN I KNOW WHETHER THE FRAME SIZE WILL FIT MY FACE?

 Frame size is indicated on each product page, you can take the measurements as reference before your purchase.


ARE ALL YOUR PRODUCTS AND THE DESCRIPTIONS ADVERTISED ON THE WEBSITE ARE AUTHENTIC AND ACCURATE?

All items and the description advertised on the website are as accurate as possible. Photographs are for illustrative purposes only, and may not exactly match the product itself. Due to the handmade nature of our products and the inherent color variations in acetate frame material, each pair of Trichrome eyewear is unique and slightly different from each other. There will be variations in colours, size, and/ or craftsmanship. Colors may vary slightly due to variations in monitor color.
